The temperatures might rise but due to the sheer impeccable performances on show as everyone gets soaked in the awesomeness on offer. Reading Festival

Reading in England turns into the perfect party spot during the August Bank Holiday weekend, which means 3 days of epic partying and celebration. It is an annual rock festival that has been going on since the 1961, at which time it was referred to as the “National Jazz Festival”. Earlier, it was a 2 day fest (Saturday and Sunday) but this changed 3 years later as since 1964, it has been turned into 3-days filled with awesomeness.

It is regarded as the world’s oldest music festival and has therefore seen some of the world’s most regarded performers making appearance here – amongst who are the Rolling Stones, Status Quo, Pink Floyd, the kinks, Fleetwood macand plenty of overseas stars in Eminem, Alice Cooper, Iggy Pop, Metallica, AC/DC, Guns ‘n’ roses. The capacity for the event has increased by several thousand from 2005-2010, standing at around 87,000 for the 2011 edition and has since continued the expansion to welcome as many people as possible to this awe-inspiring festival in the heart of Reading and Leeds, England.

The line up for 2017 includes world-class performers includesEminem, Vant, Major Lazer, Migos, Giggs, Bastille, DeapVally.

SW4 Festival

Nominated as UK’s festival award for best dance event & best metropolitan festival – it is a music festival held every year at Clapham in the South West London. The festival has become infamous due to it’s sheer entertainment value on offer – with the perfect atmosphere set for a terrific turnout of music & party lovers.

Studded with fairground rides, food stalls to put a stoppage to cravings and bars to get high in the love of music – the SW4 festival is the paradise for music lovers.  The open aired stage plays the host to some of the biggest names in the world of electronic music and it’s no wonder that the SW4 festival has quickly got into the first spot in UK’s hottest summer festival list – a must visit for any music lover.

Electronic music stars coming to SW4 this summer are – Deadmau5 and Marco Carola (Sunday), while SIGMA, Hannah wants and Duke Domont are the line-up for Saturday.

 

Bestival

An event that lasts upto 4 days, the Bestival fest is held in the South of England(the closest city to the festival is Bournemouth). The festival began in 2004 and has only grown in popularity over the years. The 2017 edition of Bestival will be held at Lulworth Estate in Dorset, organized by DJ Rob da Bank

The festival has won prestigious awards like ‘best major festival in 2010, 2012 & 2015’&‘best medium sized festival in 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2009’. The popularity of the festival is wide spread across the UK and therefore it sees a tremendous turnout ever since it was launched in 2004. Since 2010, the turnout has been in excess of 50,000+, while in comparison to the initial edition which got 10,000 – the Bestival has no wonder gained a lot of fans over the years and why not! The headline performers at this year’s Bestival will be XX –this was the very festival back in 2010 where the band performed some of it’s initial shows and has since caught on with the UK music lovers. Other star performers include hip-hop heroes in A Tribe Called Quest, pop genius in Pet Shop Boys, Jamie T and DJ from Dizzee Rascal, DJ Shadow, Little Dragon amongst many others.
